KK Karachi Rent A Car

Effective Date: 4th April 2025

Welcome to KK Karachi Rent A Car. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our vehicle rental services. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CNIC or Passport and a valid driver’s license.
  • For luxury or premium cars, the minimum age requirement may be higher (usually 25+).
  • KK Karachi Rent A Car reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without stating a reason.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
  • A booking will only be confirmed after partial or full advance payment.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and [list any digital wallets if applicable].
  • Full payment must be made before or at the time of vehicle pickup/delivery.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required depending on the vehicle category.
  • The deposit will be returned after the rental period, subject to vehicle inspection.

4. Vehicle Use

  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or sub-renting.
  • The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition.
  • Smoking and carrying pets in the vehicle is strictly prohibited unless otherwise permitted.

5. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
  • Additional fuel charges will apply if returned with less fuel.

6. Damages & Accidents

  • The renter is fully responsible for any damages or accidents during the rental period.
  • In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform KK Karachi Rent A Car and local authorities.
  • Insurance claims (if applicable) are subject to standard deductible charges.

7. Late Return Policy

  • Late returns will incur additional charges based on hourly or daily rates.
  • If you need to extend the rental, you must inform KK Karachi Rent A Car at least 2 hours before the return time.

8. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a penalty or partial refund.
  • No refund for no-shows.

9. Liability

  • KK Karachi Rent A Car is not responsible for any lost items or third-party damages caused by the renter.
  • The renter assumes full responsibility for traffic fines or legal violations during the rental period.

10. Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
